About

Contact is a free online multiplayer word-guessing game. One player — the Word Master — picks a secret word and only reveals the first letter. The other players (Contactors) post clues in chat to hint at words they think it could be. When two players think they've cracked a clue, they both yell "Contact!" and have three seconds to type the same word. If they match, the Master is forced to reveal the next letter. First Contactor to guess the full word wins the round. Have fun!

How to play

• 3–10 players. Sweet spot is 5–7.
• One player is the Word Master each round.
• Master picks a secret word. Only the first letter is shown.
• Other players drop clues in chat to hint at possible words.
• When a clue clicks, hit Contact and race to type the same word as the clue-giver.
• Match the clue-giver in time → next letter is revealed.
• First to guess the full word wins the round and becomes the next Master.
